Brent Corcilles
Founder & Head CoachMy passion for sports began early, playing a variety of sports throughout my childhood. In my senior year of high school, I suffered a serious knee injury, tearing three ligaments. While always driven by competition, I was fortunate to discover powerlifting as a new outlet for my competitive spirit.
Since 2019, I’ve been dedicated to coaching powerlifting, working with athletes of all levels to build strength, confidence, and resilience both in and out of the gym.
Today, I strive to be a source of guidance and support for my athletes — the kind of mentor I wish I had when I first began my journey in this sport.

Strength & Rehab CoachI got into fitness through sports, playing soccer at a competitive level. Along the way, I dealt with serious setbacks, including an ankle tear and multiple knee injuries that forced me to step back and rethink my path.
Rehab became more than just recovery for me, it became my purpose. Through rebuilding my own body, I developed both physical strength and mental resilience, and I learned how important proper training and recovery really are.
Now, my goal is to help others come back stronger from their injuries. I focus on personalized training that meets you where you’re at, whether you’re rehabbing, rebuilding, or pushing for new performance goals.
I’m here to guide you through the process, help you overcome setbacks, and get you back to doing what you love, stronger and more confident than before.
